Insurance bonding

Meet The Preferred Bonding Team

Peter Micciche

President

Peter Micciche, President has been around the bond business all his life. His mother, Patricia Zenizo, is the former President of Preferred Bonding and his father is a contractor; thus it was a natural fit for Peter to join the bonding business. Before he started working at Preferred Bonding, Peter worked in real estate for eight years as a mortgage broker. As a mortgage broker, he was able to help many people with all types of credit, from good to bad, refinance and purchase homes. With the downturn in the real estate cycle, he moved onto bonding and has helped several contractors obtain performance & payment bonds. Peter feels that because Preferred Bonding’s niche market offers so many different options, such as standard surety, SBA Program, and specialty surety (collateral, funds control) markets, a contractor will be able to obtain a bond program for his or her needs. Peter is pleased to be helping contractors every day.

Patricia Zenizo

Patricia Zenizo,Operations Director (formerly President of Preferred Bonding & Insurance Services (PBIS) was educated at Pepperdine University where she earned a BA in Sociology and Social Work and an MPA in Public Administration. Later she joined the Los Angeles Metropolitan Authority as a Consultant Bond Specialist for minority and disadvantaged construction firms.
